Welcome to the improver's yoga section of this website; these classes and sequences are for people, of any age, who have done some yoga before- if you haven't, you might want to have a look at the Beginner's Yoga Course. Remember to be patient- the most important thing you have to do is to keep breathing and do only as much as you feel is appropriate. There are PDFs with posture guides and additional information for the YouTube corresponding resources below. Plus there are audio MP3s of all of the lessons available to download.
